Income Fanatics is a brand of Aurion Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13436046). In these pages "we" and "us" mean Aurion Labs Ltd.

What we collect

When you buy the course or create an account we collect your name, email address and billing country. Payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Inside the student portal we store your lesson progress, quiz and exam results, flashcard reviews, questions you ask the AI tutor and any application you send us.

Why we use it

To give you access to the course, remember your progress, issue certificates, answer support requests, send the newsletter if you subscribed, and meet our legal and tax duties.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the course for us: Stripe (payments), Supabase (accounts, database and video storage), Vercel (hosting the portal), DreamHost (hosting this site) and Anthropic (the AI tutor receives the question you type, not your name or email). We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account, plus the period the law requires us to keep billing records (six years in the UK).

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe from emails at any time. Write to the contact address on our terms page. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
